We implement mainstream mid-market platforms: Microsoft Dynamics 365, NetSuite, Odoo, and SAP Business One. Platform choice comes after process mapping, scored against your requirements, your team's capacity to run the system, and total cost including licensing, with the recommendation and its reasoning written down. Where your shortlist includes a platform we don't implement, we'll say so and help you evaluate it anyway. What we won't do is bend your requirements toward the platform that suits us, because you'll be running this system for a decade and we won't.

Migration starts with an audit of what's actually in your old systems, because every legacy database contains duplicates, dead customers, and fields repurposed years ago for something else. We clean and deduplicate before loading, migrate in rehearsals against a test environment until reconciliation matches, and keep the legacy system readable after cutover so history stays accessible without staying alive. What we don't migrate is everything: open balances and master data move, old transactions are archived. The migration plan, including what gets left behind, is agreed during Diagnose, not discovered at cutover.
